鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)平臺/鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)平板在發給(gei)客戶(hu)之前有個必(bi)做的工(gong)序(xu)就是(shi)刮(gua)(gua)(gua)研和鏟刮(gua)(gua)(gua),刮(gua)(gua)(gua)研和鏟刮(gua)(gua)(gua)是(shi)為了給(gei)鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)平臺恢復精度。所(suo)謂(wei)的刮(gua)(gua)(gua)研鏟刮(gua)(gua)(gua)是(shi)刮(gua)(gua)(gua)削和研磨兩個工(gong)序(xu)的結(jie)合。即(ji)平面刮(gua)(gua)(gua)削—研磨顯示,反復操作,交替(ti)循環,直到(dao)(dao)達到(dao)(dao)精度為(wei)止,今天給大家所(suo)說的重點是鑄鐵平(ping)臺/鑄鐵平(ping)板寡言(yan)是不可缺少的步驟—黑點規律。
黑點(dian)規律就是(shi)研具與鑄鐵平(ping)臺/鑄鐵平(ping)板經過研磨以后,凸起部分的(de)鑄鐵平(ping)板表面顯示的(de)全(quan)是(shi)黑點(dian),黑點(dian)分亮點(dian)、濃黑點(dian)、淡黑點(dian)。這些黑點(dian)在刮研中(zhong)是(shi)一個變量。經過連續(xu)的(de)交替循環不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)地運作(zuo)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)地刮(gua)研鏟刮(gua),黑點由(you)稀少變(bian)稠密(mi),由(you)不(bu)均勻(yun)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)變(bian)為均勻(yun)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)。黑點的(de)演變(bian)過程,也(ye)是表面光(guang)潔(jie)度、表面接觸精度、表面幾何精度逐步提高(gao)的(de)過程。
對(dui)研(yan)磨(mo)顯示出來的黑(hei)點(dian)(dian)要區分對(dui)待。對(dui)于濃黑(hei)點(dian)(dian)刮削(xue)的刀(dao)跡大小應同按(an)粗、細(xi)、精3個階(jie)段規(gui)定大小刮削(xue),其刀(dao)跡方向應同方向排列,逐(zhu)步刮削(xue)到黑(hei)點(dian)(dian)全數刮完。經研(yan)磨(mo)顯示后,第(di)二遍以(yi)交錯方向(xiang)刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)削也(ye)將黑(hei)(hei)點(dian)(dian)(dian)全數刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)完(wan)。必須(xu)指出,每輪(lun)刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)削,刀跡(ji)必須(xu)交錯,否則將影響表面光(guang)潔度。在刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)削中(zhong)對(dui)黑(hei)(hei)點(dian)(dian)(dian)按亮(liang)、濃、淡(dan)在用(yong)力上應有輕重之分,對(dui)亮(liang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)、大(da)濃黑(hei)(hei)點(dian)(dian)(dian)用(yong)力要(yao)大(da),對(dui)大(da)多數的(de)(de)濃黑(hei)(hei)點(dian)(dian)(dian)用(yong)力要(yao)適中(zhong),對(dui)淡(dan)黑(hei)(hei)點(dian)(dian)(dian),則保留(liu)不刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua),待下輪(lun)顯示后變黑(hei)(hei)時再刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua),必須(xu)強調指出,對(dui)于分布(bu)在鑄鐵(tie)平臺/鑄鐵(tie)平板(ban)平面邊緣、角落的(de)(de)亮(liang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)。因隱布(bu)稀少,極易為人(ren)眼所忽略,極易漏(lou)刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)。因為漏(lou)刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)點(dian)(dian)(dian)在研磨時往往頂起研磨平板(ban),妨礙黑(hei)(hei)點(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常顯示,會形成黑(hei)(hei)點(dian)(dian)(dian)越刮(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)越少的(de)(de)現象。
